GPF Delegation visits Brazil ahead of 2012 World Conference in Porto Alegre

A Global Progressive Forum Delegation led by Secretary General Javier Moreno Sanchez visited Brazil on 21-23 May 2012. A number of bilateral meetings were held in Sao Paulo and Brasilia ahead of the GPF 2012 World Conference scheduled for the end of this year in Porto Alegre in cooperation with the ruling Partido do Trabalhadores.

The Next Left Economic Circle roundtables intend to gather progressive economists from European institutions, civil society organisations and private businesses insisting on the need to assess the theoretical bases underlying economic policy proposals.
