Jennifer Harris serves as Senior Director for International Economics & Labor on the National Security Council and National Economic Council staff. In this capacity, she coordinates the Administration’s policymaking process for a variety of issues at the intersection of economic policy and national security. Previously, Ms. Harris was the Director of the Economy and Society Initiative at the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation. Earlier in her career, Ms. Harris was a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and was a member of the policy planning staff at the U.S. Department of State, responsible for global markets, geo-economic issues, and energy security. Ms. Harris’ work has appeared in the New York Times, Foreign Affairs, the Washington Post, and Politico, among other outlets. She is the co-author of War By Other Means: Geoeconomics and Statecraft. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, a M.Phil from the University of Oxford, where she was a Truman and Rhodes scholar, and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.

Kelly is a Greek American performer, trainer and host based in Brussels, Belgium.

After graduating from the University of Cambridge and University College London, she spent 9 years working in EU affairs (including in the European Commission and the European Parliament).

In 2019, Kelly turned her passion for improvisational theatre into her full time job. She also combines her past experience with improvisation to facilitate corporate trainings and company events.

Kelly is particularly passionate about communicating the European Union in an entertaining and accessible way and has created two shows to do just that; The Schuman Show (a monthly comedy news show that satirizes the EU, which she directs and hosts) and House of Europe (an improvised version of 'House of Cards' set in Brussels).

Kelly speaks English, Greek, French and Italian.

Jean Wyllys is a doctoral candidate in Political Science at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Barcelona, a researcher at the Open Society Foundation and a visiting professor at the Afro-Latin American Research Institute at the Hutchins Center at Harvard University, USA.

He has a Master in Letters and Linguistics from the Institute of Letters of the Federal University of Bahia.

Wyllys is the author of five books, the most recent being “O que serra” (2019, Objetiva).

An award-winning journalist, he has written dozens of articles for the most important newspapers and magazines in the country.

Human Rights activist with international prestige, especially in the area of the rights of LGBTQ people, Jean Wyllys served two consecutive terms as federal deputy; before starting the third, death threats and threats to his family forced him into exile.

He has won International Awards for his intellectual and political performance and is already on the list of the 50 people who most defend diversity in the world, including some Nobel Peace Prizes.

He has given many lectures at the most important universities on the planet.

For two years he has been dedicated to researching the relationship between the phenomenon of programmed and directed disinformation, pot fake news contagion and the rise of governments, parties and/or authoritarian personalities.

He is dedicated to the visual arts as a new form of expression in the public sphere and expanding imagery and sensibilities, mixing and combining well-known analog techniques for exposure on digital platforms.

Federica Mogherini is the Rector of the College of Europe since September 2020.

She has co-chaired the United Nations High Level Panel on Internal Displacement from January 2020 until September 2021.

Previously she has served as the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, from 2014 to 2019.

Prior to joining the EU, she was Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (2014), and a Member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies (2008-14). In her parliamentary capacity, she was Head of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and Vice-President of its Political Committee (2013-14); member of the Italian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (2008-13); Secretary of the Defence Committee (2008-13); and member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. She also coordinated the Inter-Parliamentary Group for Development Cooperation.

Federica Mogherini is a Fellow of the Harvard Kennedy School. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Crisis Group, Fellow of the German Marshall Fund, member of the Group of Eminent Persons of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, member of the European Leadership Network for Multilateral Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation, and member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Institute for Foreign Affairs (IAI). She has a degree in Political Science from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

She was born in Rome in 1973, lives in Belgium and has two daughters.

Camilla Brückner is the Representative of the UN Secretary-General to the EU and Director of the UN/UNDP Office in Brussels since September 2021. Camilla most recently served as the Director of the UNDP Nordic Representative Office and manager of the UN City and joint UN functions in Copenhagen. Previously, Camilla was Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of the UNDP Executive Office. As a diplomat, Camilla formerly served close to 15 years in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including as Deputy Permanent Representative in New York. Camilla also worked in the European Commission as a policy adviser on human rights in the field of humanitarian affairs, and earlier in development where she evaluated the Commission's development programmes in Africa. Camilla began her career in Brussels as a stagiaire in the EU Commission, the private sector and then as a researcher at the Centre for European Policy Studies. She is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Copenhagen Business School.
